BARNARD CASTLE
Know nationally as an idyllic location for walking and exploring, this historic market town has a friendly and welcoming community. With our beautiful castle looking down on the River Tees and charming high street, it’s a very popular spot for rambling, shopping and dining out.
Our award-winning Fish & Chips has seen visitors travelling from all over the world to sample the very best the north has to offer.
BRIDLINGTON
Our Bridlington takeaway has a glittering trophy cabinet having won some of top industry awards, including Best National Takeaway in the National Fish & Chip Awards 2011.
We were also delighted to welcome HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall to our Takeaway in 2013 to celebrate 100 years of the National Federation of Fish Friars, where she described the Chips as ‘fantastic’ and the Haddock, ‘delicious!’. The royal visit was a proud day for the team but not even the future Queen could part us from our secret batter recipe, the closest guarded secret in the kingdom!
CATTERICK GARRISON
Based in the largest British Army garrison in the world, our award-winning Restaurant and Takeaway in Catterick is popular with the local residents and visitors alike. We have been awarded Traveller’s Choice by TripAdvisor in 2020 for our consistently high scores and reviews. The perfect place for a family meal, a quick bite or to grab your tea on your way home!

We're really proud of the awards we have won over the years! This has included the prestegious National Fish & Chip Awards for Best Independant Takeaway Fish & Chip Shop of the Year in 2011 and the top three in 2014.
